Why did you choose to be in the Call center industry?

" Practically speaking of course the compensation is really good compared to any other jobs offered at the time I started considering I was a fresh grad. Then next comes the fullfilment and being happy of what you do... which for me is being able to achieve something."

What career difficulties have you encountered?

"In my position it would always be the challenge of achieving the targets of the program and the client."

"Three simple things HARDWORK, DEDICATION and PASSION."

"It's a mistake to look far ahead...only one link in the chain of destiny can be handled in a time." How do you see yourself 5 years from now?"I always wanted to be in business...I wanted to have my own convenient store or a trucking company. In the industry, I am looking forward to be onr of the youngest Call Center Director."
